Description: user sees a delay when receiving mail. 


Cause: Kaspersky installs a add in for outlook client that scans the flow of mail( extra layer of security) 


Resolution: Disable Outlook Add in


1.  Open Outlook app, at the top right click on the file tab.


2. From the menu select the options tab.

3. From the Left side towards the bottom you will see a add ins tab select that. 

4.Toward the center bottom there will be a txt box that says COM-addins with a go button next to it click on that. 

5.Once the box opens up, make sure that the Kaspersky outlook anti-virus add in is not checked off, if it is uncheck it and hit ok on the right side. close out of the windows and restart outlook.
