When accessing the PROFIT Products module you may get an error like this.
To resolve the issue you'll need to clear the application cache. This is a little different from the browser cache. The instructions below will guide you through clearing the application cache.
Please make sure you close all browser windows except for the application you're having trouble accessing.
On the page where the bad request appear, right click anywhere on the page and select Inspect.
You'll see the web browser inspector. This is a tool developers use to identify and fix problems with web pages.
Sometimes it appears in a panel to the right or below the page. Sometimes it appears as it's own window.
At the top of the page it a navigation bar where you'll need to find the Application tab. If it's in a panel, you'll need to click the double arrows ( >> )to view the other tab names. once you find Application click it.
On the Application tab in the left column click the Storage link. Then, in the right column, click the clear site data button.
This will clear the site data associated with the application. Once this is done. Close the inspector and all browser windows. Then try reopening the browser to the site.
